I would much rather you give me battle to fight.

Give me a battle to fight

I will dawn my armor and be your knight

Give me a war to wage

I am comfortable standing in rage

Give me a cause to defend

I will weaponize my words using rhetoric to win

I am a warrior

A Justice restorer

I will happily fight

give all of myself with all my might

But to bare my soul?

Show all the dark pieces and risk the cold?

I can't handle that level of vulnerable.

I want you in my life

but your asking price is too high
